The 4th edition of FICCI LEADS (Leadership, Excellence, Adaptability, Diversity, and Sustainability), Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry’s (FICCI) premier global thought leadership platform, will be held on September 10–11, 2025, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.

This year’s edition will be hosted under the theme: "Collaborations for Growth in a Transformative World", and will convene senior policymakers, industry leaders, innovators, and global experts to explore new models of cooperation and shared prosperity.

This year’s edition will feature six thematic sessions focused on key areas, including Global Value Chains, Global AI Race, Innovation and Critical Technologies, the Start-up Revolution, Multilateralism, and Green Financing.

Over the past three editions, LEADS has seen the participation of 21 Union Ministers from India and abroad, Members of Parliament from various countries, and over 120 global thought leaders representing Asia, Europe, Africa, the CIS, the Americas, the Middle East, and the Pacific.
